• We ship all over the US with USPS Priority Mail.

• The delivery time is 2-3 business days.

• We suggest you start the rental 1 to 2 days before your event. Once you order your accessories, we will send you a confirmation email and a shipping tracking number when your package will be shipped.

• Delays can occur and we try our best to avoid them and find solutions. So If you don't see movement in your tracking, please reach out to us ASAP.

• Same if you see a delivery date later than your starting rental date.

• Pick ups are available upon check out. Returns are at your own charges (drop off or via mail).
