We offer 4 or 8 days rental periods.

You can order three accessories for your dress fitting or hair trial for only $49 (2 days rental, weekdays only).

The sooner the better. To make sure the accessories are available on your wedding day, make sure to book them early.
We usually recommend securing it 3-4 months before your wedding but we cannot guarantee it will be available. If you need a rush order, please contact us at info@borrowed.ch

Changes to your order can be made up to 15 days before your rental date.

We require a 30-day notice on all cancellations in order to receive a refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@borrowedbyljb.com.
If you cancel your order less than 30 days before your rental date you will forfeit 25% of your total order.

If you notice any delays in your tracking information, contact us ASAP. We do our best to make sure the packages arrive on time, but sometimes USPS have delays we cannot control. 
We will do our best to make sure you have your accessories on time, and if not, we will find solutions with you.  

When shipping our veils they can become creased or wrinkled. Please only use a steamer to remove wrinkles from your veil. Using an iron will burn holes through the veil!

Returns are on us. Use the complimentary return label we provided and drop it at any USPS facility. Make sure you return it on time. It is crucial that we receive the items back on time so we can ensure availability for the next bride. If you don't have the return label contact us ASAP by email info@borrowedbyljb.com. 

We want every client to make sure they get their accessories in time, so it's really important you return your accessory rentals in time.

If this occurs, you will be charged a penalty of $10 for each day the pieces are late up to the full Original Retail price. If you have not returned a rental item within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Borrowed by La Jolie Bride will charge your payment method on file the current "to buy"  price + tax for each item minus previously paid late fees and sales tax. 

No worries, small damages are covered in your rental, we know accidents happen. Unlikely  irreparable damages may occur or loss of the accessories will be charged to you. Your credit card will be charged at the "buy it" price, which is acknowledged in the rental agreement when you check out.  

We ship U.S. Priority Mail $9.99. Express shipping is available by email at info@borrowed.ch.

Purchases may be sent back for a refund within 7 days of delivery. A $6.95 restocking fee (+tax) will be deducted from the refunded amount for each returned item.
You can learn more about our returns policy here. "Final Sale" or “Sample Sale” items includes items that are rented and then later purchased after they arrive at your home and items from our Online Sample Sale cannot be returned. 

Purchased items that cannot be returned will be marked as “Final Sale” or “Sample Sale”. For instance, items that are rented and then later purchased after they arrive at your home and Clearance items cannot be returned.

We have a no exchange policy, but you can return your eligible item and order another item.  

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO. 

Every piece is handmade, cleaned, sanitized before and after each rental. We assure your accessories will sparkle and look amazing when you receive them.
